Resveratrol Reviews – Four Criteria I Use Before I Buy

Reading resveratrol reviews online can be quite time consuming and confusing.  Everyone claims their product is the best. How do you know which one to buy?

What is a person to do who wants an unbiased resveratrol review?  How do you know who to believe and who is just telling you hype to get you to buy their brand?

If you've read many of them you already know some of the great benefits of resveratrol, like protecting you against cancer and heart disease, helping you lose weight, and slowing down the aging process.

In this article I will tell you four criteria I look for in resveratrol reviews, before I even consider buying the product.

First, do they tell me what kind I am getting?  There are two kinds of resveratrol - trans and cis.  The one with the prefix trans is what you want to look for.  It is biologically active.  If it has the prefix cis, don't even give it a second thought.

I find many reviews don't even bother telling you there are two kinds.  They don't specify what type they put in their supplement.  If it isn't biologically active it won't do your body a whole lot of good.

Second, I steer away from any company that will offer their product to me for 'free', but then require me to give them my credit card number.  Why do they need my credit card if it is free?

They should just send it to me, if it is really the best product out there. If it is all that good I am definitely going to turn around and order it and then I will gladly give them my credit card, but don't try to lure me in with a free offer that is really not free at all, if there is a condition that I buy another bottle from them.

Third, I like to find a supplement that combines more than one nutrient, so I can get everything I need in just one bottle.  That way I only have one order to place, and I am assured that what I am taking won't interfere with something else I am taking, because the manufacturer has already researched that out.

And finally fourth, I have a sensitive stomach so I need my tablets enteric coated, so they don't give me a tummy ache as they interact with my stomach acids.  Instead all the nutrients are released in my upper intestines and get delivered where they need to go every time.

You won't find many supplements out there that use an enteric coating, because most companies don't want the extra expense, but for us sensitive stomach people it is the only way to go.  And even for those of you without sensitivities, it assures you that your stomach acids won't destroy the nutrients.

That is how I judge a <a onClick="javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('/outgoing/article_exit_link');" href="http://www.your-natural-supplements-site.info/">resveratrol review</a>.  It works for me and hopefully it will work well for you too.
